Look at the bright side buddy . It is definitely something to look forward to and provides hope that you might get the magic email of getting your GC any day. Of course three year H1 extension and two year EAD is the problem but you are looking on the wrong side. If you get the GC neither will you need the H1 nor the EAD.
And I don't think you are thinking about the money wasted by just having a 1 year H1 and EAD because I am sure you will get your GC in the next one year at least . Cheer up. Things could be worse ( you could be EB3 - 2008 ! )

Should i fill AR11 form for my wife too? i entered my wife's application receipt number when i am updating my pending cases and gave my wife name and her details...is it sufficient?

After reading "Handing the president a win on a major issue like immigration reform in the run up to the 2008 elections might be good policy, but it would be bad politics." in the Time article, I have not much hope in getting a GC in the near future.
If the Democrats agrees with the Republicans and passes any meaningful CIR, then the whole credit would go to Bush and Co. It would make the Republican campaign very easy for Bush.
If I were a Democratic Senator, I would do every thing to block any CIR from getting passed.
With the record number of H1 applications recently, we can also expect that they would put serious limitations on H1, claiming that the whole thing is misused.
Apparently, the whole thing is hugely bad for America. It is not just Indian politician who can destroy their own country, American politicians can also do a fantastic job of destroying their country.
I feel sorry for my kids, who are US citizens by birth.

Yes you need Masters or Bachlor + 5 years progressive experience.

There is a descripency / issue. First of all why do you have to involved company for H4 visa? It has nothing to do with H1.

You're going to destroy us all! Giving people a program that makes web designing a lot easier is bad news for us web designers.
The thing is...it doesn't design the web page. It is only a visual representation or layout program to help the client get ideas for what they might like. Once they get that...it still needs to be designed and the information added.

We got "Approval Notice Sent" emails 6 days back. I received my EAD 3 days back but haven't received my wife's yet.
Has anyone filed for Replacement EAD? Do we need to wait 30 days from the date we received the approval email? How long does it take usually to receive a Replacement card?
Please share your experiences.

I received renewed EAD cards a week ago. I had applied a couple of months ago. I noticed that the renewed EAD card also says 'Fingerprint not available'. My fingerprinting was done in March 08.
Is this expected? Does anyones EAD card have a fingerprint on it?

You are right... you should not submit documents with your LC first submission. In my case, they asked for some documents after my submisission(what it's called Audit); one of them was the Ad which they were not satisfied with it, so they Denied my case. However we appealed sending the whole Ad page making them change the case back to 'In Process'.
I hope so too and thanks for your reply. I am still confused. As far as I know, you are not supposed to send/submit any supporting documents with your LC application unless it is asked for in a later date.
Now my question is, did they ask you to submit the newspaper ad some point after your manager/lawyer submited your LC application online? It seems like you sent the just ad part and they were not satisfied with it and asked more evidence and you sent the whole page again. Did they deny your LC after you sent the whole page ad or what point did they deny it?

Thanks so much for your reply. I think it will always a good idea to keep USCIS inform about your working condition since this is 'Employment based' case.
For AC21 I think I will need to match following:
1. New employment letter which should describe duties which 'must' be same or similar to what was mentioned in my labor certificate.
2. Start date/salary/position title
3. Any Benefits if provided.
Do I need any document from sposerer employer? Do I need anything else?

If the allocated visa numbers doesn't get filled in one country does the remainder get assigned to other countries?
