It's as if not a single person has taken a look at the FCP timeline for the last eight years. The last four releases have all been almost exactly two years apart from each other. FCS3 came out in 2009 and that means two years later in 2011 we will see the next iteration. You don't need a divining rod to figure out where the next version is. Pretty simple really.
As to edit systems, the beauty of the advancements that Apple, Adobe, Avid and to some extent Sony have made means that editors are no longer locked in to one system. I have premiere loaded on my system right alongside FCP. Because of the freelance nature of the business I think there are not as many "universal" truths about which app you need to use to cut your show. I would still estimate that there are many more FCP installs in use than Avid.

To me the rollover feature is my insurance plan. 450 isn't a lot, but the 1500 extra minutes in the bank allow me to not worry too much those months when I may call a little more than usual.

just opened 2 films on iplayer, itunes movie, and all the other applications i can find and its sitting about 48 deg C.
Main fan is wired into 12v so at max flow all the time but still not to bad at all

Well I'm getting ready to go out tomorrow and purchase a brand new iPhone, but before doing so I made this post to see if anyone would be selling theirs for less than retail so I wont have to go out tomorrow and spend full retail plus tax on one.

Those for the death penalty. How do you feel about Manning (I think that's his name. The guy that released the classified documents), if found guilty he can get the death penalty for it. The sentience for treason is the death penalty.
